What this is
Paytide is a payment service for UK individuals and small businesses accepting GBP card payments via Stripe.
Fees
We charge 1% of each successful payment. Stripe's processing fees apply separately and are deducted at settlement.
Acceptable use
Lawful payments only. Prohibited categories (including but not limited to gambling, adult content, and regulated goods) are not permitted. See Stripe's restricted-business list for the full set of categories we cannot support.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime SLA in this release.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Outstanding balances settle through Stripe.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
